Overview internal operating layer

The system we run our own companies on.

Most agencies show you work they did for someone else. This is the thing we built for ourselves and never turned off — the layer Craig Attoh runs his businesses through every day. It is not for sale as a subscription. What we sell is the build.

Everything below is a description of one working system, not a product tour. The panel chrome you are reading is its own; the argument is written inside it because that is the most honest way to make it. If a page has to tell you a company is technical, the page is doing the work the software should be doing.

A register rather than a scoreboard: every figure below was counted in the live platform on the date stamped above, and names the table it came from. Numbers move — these are a dated reading, not a permanent claim.

How it was built operating rules
Free data first

Companies House, the Gazette, the FCA, CQC, Land Registry, EPC, planning and procurement registers are public and free. They are ingested once and held, rather than paid for per lookup. Paid services are reserved for work that genuinely cannot be done from an authoritative free source — which is far less of it than most software assumes.

Agents, not dashboards

A dashboard waits for someone to look at it. The work here is done by scheduled agents that read the data, decide something and write the result back — so the business moves whether or not anyone opened a browser that day. A screen is where you go to check on it, not where the work happens.

Parts, then products

Every capability that gets built once is registered as a part and reused. That is what makes a bespoke build affordable: the tenth operating system is mostly assembly plus the things that are genuinely specific to that business, and the specific things are where the effort should go.

Claims are measured

Status in this system is derived, never typed in by hand. A flag that says a thing is working has to be produced by something that checked. We learned that the hard way: a hand-set field on this very estate reported lead capture as working on a site where the script had never loaded, and it stayed wrong for a month because nothing re-derived it.

One tenant, one door

Each partner business gets its own domain, its own branding and its own users, over one engine and one data platform. Nothing about their surface tells a visitor they are on shared infrastructure, and nothing about the shared infrastructure lets one tenant see another.

Tenanted, not sold ownership

The distinction that matters commercially. Twenty-seven partner businesses operate their own version of this system. They own their brand, their customers and their commercial relationships. They do not own the engine or the data platform — ATTOH LTD does, and that is stated plainly here because a vendor who is vague about it is telling you something.

Below are the businesses running on it — the site their customers see, and the system underneath it that runs the work. Every link goes to the live thing, not to a write-up of it. A business appears here when both are serving and at standard, and comes off the day either stops.

Every URL above was loaded and read on 16 Aug 2026 before it was listed here. The list is short on purpose: we would rather show six surfaces that are genuinely serving than a wall of logos where half the links are dead.

A build of your own enquiry

We do not sell seats. We build the system.

A bespoke operating system is scoped around one business: the workflows it actually runs, the data it should be holding and is not, and the decisions currently sitting in someone's head. It is deployed on your own domain and built as an asset you hold, rather than a subscription you rent.

Scoping is the first conversation and the part we will not shortcut — an operating layer built on a misunderstood process is worse than the spreadsheets it replaces. Tell us what your business does and where the time goes.
