Right-to-work checks are NOT regulated immigration advice — any employer may run them. This tool validates the share-code format, computes your Section 15 follow-up window and expiry-alert severity, and lists the evidence to retain. It does not itself establish a statutory excuse: you must correctly evidence the check and hold the record for the duration of employment plus two years. It is not immigration advice — where a case raises an advice question (ambiguous conditions, complex dependants, settled-status nuance) it must go to an OISC Level 3 or SRA-regulated adviser.
